Making an appointment
All appointments should be made through our Heidelberg rooms. Our office hours are 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday. We are not open on Public Holidays or weekends.

to get to our office:
The Heidelberg office is located at the intersection of Rosanna Road and Burgundy Street, Heidelberg.
Enter the building via the 40 Burgundy Street entrance.
Then enter the Commercial lift and proceed to Level 1.
Turn to the right once outside the lift. Proceed to Office 115. Level 1.
Parking: Parking is available in the Warringal Shopping Centre car park (for up to 3 hours) and on the surrounding streets.
Disabled Access: A ramp runs around the side of the building and lift access is available to the 1st Floor.
Alternatively wheelchair drop off is best done via the Visitors carpark at the back of the building. Patients and carers can then access a lift to Level 1.
Cancelling /changing appointment times:
Please call (03) 94582022 during office hours if you need to cancel an appointment. We would appreciate at least a day's notice so other patients can make use of the appointment time.
